It's Friday!! Which means this week is in the history books! I've got to be honest this has been one hard week, in every way possible. It was one of those weeks that will either make you or break you. Ever had a week like that? In leadership they're inevitable, which means there will be more. As I said already It's Friday! For me that means I get to spend the day with my three year old daughter Noelle! She has this way of helping me put it all into perspective. We start the morning by making her special (Chocolate) milk and then she jumps in my lap and we begin watching the first of many episodes of Diego and Dora. At some point she will rub my ears with her little hands and say.....Your da bess daddy in da who wi woold. Man! I love her! God uses her big time in my life and she dosnt even know it. Well maybe she does.

God has really been dealing with me, in more ways than one. That means He loves me. I need to slow down and enjoy the journey, cause it's a fast ride. What I used to think was so important dosn't seem so important anymore. I am experiencing a major shift in my priorities. I can not afford to take the seemingly small things of life for granted. Life is short and time is a precious commodity, I will spend it more wisely. I will be more intentional, prayerful, and steategic in regards to who I invite in my life and who I pour my life into. Well i'm out......Dora is coming on and Noelle needs some more special milk!
